It is our policy that anyone wanting to enter the dugout or the field during practice or game must have a background check done by ASA.  ASA will send you a card when you complete the check that you must carry with you.  The umpires will ask to see your card to prove that you have completed and passed the background check.

It is up to the coaches/assistant coaches/team moms/parents to have the check done on your own.  There is an $14 fee that goes with having the check done.
